Booking information
Arrival & Departure
- Check-in: from 3.00 p.m. – Check-out: by 9.30 a.m.
- In the event of premature departure, late arrival, or if there are less people, the room price for the respective days booked will be charged (without any discounts).
- Should your arrival time be delayed and you will only be getting to us after 6 p.m., we would ask that you telephone us to let us know.
- No sub-letting, re-letting or change of those people who are booked to stay is permitted within the period of the booking.
Deposit/Payment
- After your reservation has been successful we would ask that you pay the agreed deposit within 7 days. Deposits will be retained as cancellation fees!
- Upon receipt of the deposit your reservation is binding.
- The remaining amount may be paid upon arrival or by fee-free bank transfer in advance.
- Please note that we DO NOT accept credit or debit card payments.

Bread delivery service
We are happy to offer a bread delivery service.
Ski passes
You can purchase your ski pass conveniently and easily in cash here in the hotel. (The same tariffs as at the cable cars).
Ski room
A ski room with a shoe dryer is available for you to use during your stay.
Parking
Our car parking areas are available free of charge for the duration of your stay. Please note that there are a maximum number of car parking spaces available per apartment.

- Additional car parking spaces are available on request for a fee.
Smoking & Non-smoking areas
We would point out that our holiday apartments are strictly non-smoking apartments. Smoking is permitted on the balcony/terrace.

Pets are not permitted.
