Rates, Deposit & Cancellation Policy

Prices per day and apartment in Euro incl. VAT, excl. local taxes and excl. final cleaning

  • The prices quoted are from stays of 7 nights. There is a surcharge for short stays. There is a one-off charge for final cleaning.
  • Deposit Euro 250.00 per person. The outstanding amount may be paid by fee-free bank transfer in advance, or in cash upon arrival.
  • We do not accept debit or credit cards.
  • No change in people staying (different guests) during the booked stay.
  • Tourist tax: 4€ per person/day Children up to 15 years do not pay tourist tax

In the event of a cancellation this means:

  • Up to 3 months before you arrive there is no charge.
  • From 3 months to 1 month before your arrival we charge 40% of the package price.
  • From 1 month to 1 week before arrival we charge 70% of the package price.
  • In the event of a cancellation in the last week before you are due to arrive, we charge 90% of the package price, and in the event of early departure, 100%.
