Price, Deposit & Cancelation Policy
Prices per day and apartment in Euro incl. VAT, excl. local taxes and excl. final cleaning
- Prices per day & flat incl. VAT, excl. visitor’s tax, excl. final cleaning.
- The prices quoted are valid for stays of 7 nights or more. We charge a surcharge for short stays. Final cleaning once for the flat.
- Tourist tax € 3,- per person and day from 15 years
- SILVRETTA CARD PREMIUM included in the price
Travel insurance:
- Even though you are already looking forward to your holiday the unforeseen may of course happen in the interim.
- In the event of cancellation, General Terms & Conditions for the Hotel sector apply.
In the event of a cancellation this means:
- Up to 3 months before you arrive there is no charge.
- From 3 months to 1 month before your arrival we charge 40% of the package price.
- From 1 month to 1 week before arrival we charge 70% of the package price.
- In the event of a cancellation in the last week before you are due to arrive, we charge 90% of the package price, and in the event of early departure, 100%.
